Watcher is one of the pawns on the black side of the Collective. He takes a form reminiscent of Masky except have a black stitch going down his mask and tape on his mask. He is currently stalking Tyler Bourne (,Thecollector Iswatchingme). His loyal to the Keeper is a tie between Firebrand and Observers loyalty.
