Description

The person talking to smol Lance is not his parent, just a lady who looks after him and his little brother. I would call her a nanny but nannies get paid to work and she doesn't. I think about Jay's birth a lot, simply due to the reaction of Lance becoming a big brother and the sad reality that his mother was too detached to name her new baby. Having a baby brother was massive for Lance and how he coped with the hardships he would face in the future. Jay's birth was very sad and grim for his mother and their caregiver but Lance was just excited to finally meet his baby brother. (btw Lance is only about 5yrs old here so he isn't the best with names lol)
