Grell, a Shinigami from Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler)

When cutting someone with his Scythe (which is illegally modified to look and function like a chainsaw) their past memories are played out like a video reel; this is referred to as "Cinematic Record." It gives new meaning to the saying that your life flashes before your eyes when you die. Grell’s scythe is confiscated and Grell has to rely on scissors which are able to cut through anything.

The way he wears that coat down over his shoulders seems slightly less camp and a bit more insane when you realise he’s stolen the coat from Madame Red after he kills her and the coat is therefore too small for him O_0
