I was saddened when FoxKids went out of syndication back in 2002 (luckily for me many of their shows were aired on Fox/ABC Family and Toon Disney as part of their Jetix lineup). While I was sad to see FoxKids show I'll admit I was a little intrigued by what the FoxBox was going to offer.

I have always been a fan of Kaiju/Tokusatsu movies and shows and I had always wanted to watch Ultraman when I heard about it and I was excited to watch my first Ultra series: Ultraman Tiga. I was also interested in "Kirby Right Back at Ya" because I'm a huge Nintendo fan although I've never really been a fan of the Kirby series but I was willing to give the series a chance. While watching these shows I also tried "Fighting Foodons" and found it a amusing, seeing it as a crazy knock off of Pokemon. In 2003 they stopped airing episodes of Ultraman Tiga although they still aired commercials for it on the FoxBox, I kept watching the FoxBox in the hopes they might bring it back. I was happy that 4Kids released the Japanese version of the show on DVD in America and found a new appreciation of the show. I know that 4Kids had a notorious reputation in their way of localizing Japanese shows and I recognized this when I watch the Japanese Ultraman Tiga. Still I enjoyed watching the FoxBox.
Then in 2003 I started watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and thought it was cool. I rewatched the series on YouTube years later and I have to say the 2003 adaptation of TMNT is my favorite and its probably one of the best adaptations of TMNT! I later found out that one of the writers of the original comic from 1984 was one of the creators of the show and he adapted a lot of of the story elements from the comics to the show. Sadly I also heard that he hated the classic 1987 cartoon and you can tell this in the universe crossover movie "Turtles Forever" where the 2003 TMNT characters are shown to be more competent/superior to their 1987 counterparts.
I also would watch Sonic X from time to time. I'll admit I'm not a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan although I loved the two Sonic Adventure games (I'm happy they adapted the storylines of the Adventure games in Sonic X). I did kind of enjoy Sonic X however and I also respect how they used the cast from the show for the games to help tie in the show with the games even though they take place in different universes.

Because of the shows I watched on the FoxBox I gained a better understanding and appreciation of the Kirby and Sonic the Hedgehog series as well as the Ultraman series and as corny as the shows on the FoxBox were I have fond memories.
