As suggested by pernanda12, if Ino and Sakura are born into each other's clans, they would probably act like each other, too. And so, here is an updated version of clan swap where Sakura lives her life like Ino and Ino lives her life like Sakura.

There's definitely a butterfly effect story with this, maybe I'll expand on it one day.
