This is Axmugs. He represents the Magician of the Major Arcana CardsAxmugs is a Hedgehogling (Hedgehog x Inkling). He has Ming Hair, Final Smash Red Eyes and has Sanitized Ming Paste. He wears a Painter's Mask, Neo Octoling Armour and Belt (Male). Time Fabric Arm & Leg Warms, Red Swimsuit Bottom & Agent 8 Male Shoes. His weapons are a Ice Sword from Neptunia & The Legendary Eye of Magnus from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Axmugs has a Grudgeful Personality but more on that later.

Alpha Vagabond Vanguards. They were most powerful group in all of Planet Harmony even most powerful against the aforementioned Arcana Legion, they were founded back on Aquarian Love 25th of 2019, the day that Kingdom Hearts III was released and they are friendly version of the Arcana Legion, their nemesis.

Arnold met the Arcana Rebellion before back in Libra's Judgement 2019, but has years go by the Arcana Rebellion vanished but by 2043 they resurface helping Amicitia/Mitacixia during the Global Unity {Revamped} Story Arc. The Arcana Legion have different goals to change/alter the world but for the Arcana Rebellion all members and Mitacixia have a focused goal, their goal is to help Mitacixia and his friends defeat the Arcana Legion and bring peace to Planet Harmony

But Mitacixia/Amicitia aka Arnold he's a special one. Remember he created Planet Harmony as a paradise for all characters good and evil to live in harmony. According to the Friendly Strangers Gang Archives his power dwaves of both the Arana Rebellion and the Arcana Legion combined. He's know as the Harmony Nexus due to the fact that he created Planet Harmony in his own image. The Arcana Rebellion ranks are X while Amicitia's rank is ether X+ or EX+. Also the legion has no info no the Rebellion as a whole and Amicitia is the only person to know them.

But overtime the Arcana Legion & Rebellion became friends and do anything to protect their Arcana Legion allies no matter what.
