I may be off, here, but that looks to me like an INCREDIBLY old piece by either @Hauket or @OnionGrump! It resembles their styles as of ... man, probably 10 years ago now...?

Its not a mantibab I'm afraid but very nice design!!
On the original creator front, it might be worth asking the original uploader of the design who you got it from! They may be able to point you in the right direction or tell you where they got it originally!
