I like the sleek, clean look of this piece very much. The eyes are quite captivating with a piercing stare, although I think both the eyes and the nose could benefit from added modeling to create actual and emotionally perceived depth. In particular, the area just past where the tear ducts are present, and the area highlighting the cheekbones would be greatly enhanced from additional shading. The left eye needs to come in closer to the nose as well. This will also offset the strong lines of the nose. The line connecting the lower and upper lips might need to come out at a wider angle -- as such presently it appears that the upper lip is much larger than it should be and curls upward without taking the flesh of the lower lip with it. The effect would be minimized by lightening the shading of the upper lip; it is so dark it makes the lip line feel stretched and lifeless. Compare the color of the eyebrows and the lips--they are only a shade away from one another.

You've done an excellent job making the hair appear natural and silken without looking too fine or artificial. You have a great talent for showing the love and care you have for your subject matter.
