What I like about this Bowser fan art is how detailed everything is. From the scales to the hair to the lighting, everything just looks so realistic while keeping Bowser's original look. Well done

Description

This guy should be recognizable by just about anyone. After the experiment with an alternate art style in the last three works going back to the style I prefer with this one and putting what I've learned to the test. Inspired by Dave Rapoza's work who's style coincides with my taste a lot. Why Bowser, just hit my while looking at the Dave's Ninja Turtle paintings and Bowser has lots of potential for detail. Mario is one brave plumber to see this view and not even flinch.

Painted in Photoshop CS6 with a Yiynova MSP19U tablet.
