Description

A request from :icontheneonumbreon: It's a chibi OC! It was fun to draw, pretty quick, but still adorable!

It was totally digitalized, but I don't own the purple plasma-ish background. It was a cool find on Google, and I thought it fit the picture well, but I don't own it.
