character and title: color refined rendition of Super Ninja Nancy

Natsumi "Nancy" Sato is a female super-powered ninja warrior who fights crime while maintianing her daily high school life disguised as a bubbly mild-mannered blonde-haired transfer student from Tokyo. When danger and trouble comes, she transforms into the lovely ninja and uses her powers and combat skills to battle evil.

Nancy has super-speed and agility, teleportation, invisibility, and disguise powers (although she can't change genders). She can scale through walls and hang on cellings. She is also trained in ninjistu and several forms of Oriental martial arts disciplines. Her preferred weapons are shiruken throwing stars and her katana sword.

It's a future title that I may worked after I finished the character designs for my current and older titles first.
