An adult, Daspletosaurus torosus, drake meanders through the forest, trolling a stream in search of food. He catches the scent of blood in the air, hears the distinct, piercing trills of a Troodontid, and spies a small pterosaur descending beneath the forest canopy. He makes his way to the scene, intimidating away the small Troodontid with his sheer size alone. There, he finds a small shark, which had made it's way up the brackish stream before falling victim to the hunger of the smaller dinosaur. The pterosaur nearby leaps, evacuating rather than aggravating the large Tyrannosaur.

So, I really like Tyrannosaurs, and Daspletosaurus is a really neato dinosaur that I actually quite enjoyed drawing. I tried to introduce a little more variety and color with this piece, and I personally enjoyed the creation of the scenery- though undoubtedly I need more practice. I'm glad I finally squeezed in the time to finish and upload another piece I hope it is enjoyed!
