This is my fan character by cartoon Villainous - Billie
Description:
Billie has white skin and shiny black hair on the back of his head with rimless monocle, he also wears a pink and gray blazer and a pink bow tie, and a black hat with a gray stripe, he also wears light gray gloves and a big black jacket with black pants, and black and white boots.
Origin:
His father Black Hat and mother Penumbra who Black Hat killed after Billie was born when cause when he found out that she wanted to take her son to her forever and that he would never see him, and now the cassette and photos from the wedding of Black Hat and Penumbra are hidden in the office of Black Hat and no one is even allowed to look at them.

Information:
Due to the fact that Billie is very similar to his father, he is often called "Black Hat jr", and Billy begins to cry and his father Black Hat began protect his son, however, Billie is the complete opposite of his father, also Billie really wants to be as powerful and fearless as his father, Billie so shy, and because of his shyness, he is very much afraid of cameras, filming and someone's gaze, the only thing that doesn't allow him to be afraid of filming is when his father holds his hand or puts his hand on his shoulder, because only at these moments he becomes confident and feels that he is doing it for something, Billie is very fond of playing the violin and trumpet, however, his father often changes mood and because of it he can be cruel to him or very kind to him, his father really wants to make a real villain out of him, but all his efforts go to pieces, because Billie is very skittish and shy, but in spite of everything Black Hat loves his son Billie very much
