Born to Luand'r and Myand'r, the married rulers of Tamaran, Koriand'r was raised like a good little princess.

And then at age 3 everything changed.

She arrived on Earth, specifically the Western part of the United States, a lost little alien child, a mere toddler.

After the destruction caused by the rambunctious alien girl, she was found by a couple named Alice and Henry. Alice took to the child like a fly to flypaper, but Henry was hesitant, and even more so after finding out what she could do.

Nevertheless, the middle-class family took her in.

Things were tough, when it came to raising her, hell, the family already had two boys and another daughter on the way, so the family was getting quite full.

Still, the family made the best of it, the boys didn't understand why their baby sister was "strange" and "different", but she was amazing and cool, because of what she could do.

In fact, her little sister Susanna looked up to her, and it would be she who would stop her brothers from picking on Susanna.

She had to grow up with all these abilities and no explanation as to why she had her powers, who she was, or where she came from, but considering she couldn't remember anything from when she was a baby, by the time she was in Elementary School and even later on, it didn't seem to matter.

She and her siblings were the odd family, and it was mainly because of her, she did her best not to show her abilities in school, but there were times that she did and it couldn't be helped. Her father would constantly be upset by this, being the main source of discipline.

As such, it was his "strict guidelines" that she began to rebel, as she got older.

She spent less time at home, she became lazier, and lackadaisical as she got older. Which didn't help the household. On top of that, her siblings seemed to be going their separate ways as well,

Eventually, of course, she moved out, having finally got tired of how things were at home. She misses her family deep down, and wants to see them, and tries to sometimes, but it gets to be too much.

She now has her own apartment where she spends her time eating junk food, living life her own way.

Finding out she wasn't of this earth was one thing, but when she finally met her biological sister, things changed forever for her.

Due to my love for the Teen Titans, it was inevitable for me not to work on the main cast (Blackfire was just the first design done at the time), which included Blackfire's sister, Starfire. Much like Blackfire I wanted to do something different, and after watching the "Dog Hand" episode of Teen Titans Go! I found myself inspired and managed to come up with a backstory for my redesign. Yeah, it takes a bit from Superman's backstory, but I felt I could turn it into something more my own.

Again this is just my redesign. A different take on Starfire.

Oh and one last thing... this is an updated version of a piece did for me awhile back, so shoutout to that phenomenal fellow for helping me get this started!
