The amount of time and effort I put on designing and drawing my whole Skaven band, including background story, each of the soon-to-die-henchmen (henchwomen? henchrats?), the not-yet-recruited rat ogre and even individual character`s relationships and personality is close to ludicrous...

I`m having my first battle next week. It`s been more than twenty years and I had the old Gutters band with Skarrik "the old" leading them.

The old band dissapeared after killing a human sorcerer who was using an artifact to control the skavens in Mordheim. The artifact got destroyed, and the old members got infected with the green wyrd fog, and something was passed to their offspring. One of the black skavens had a litter with an albino female who was barren, but extremely strong and intelligent.

Skarrik the young went back to the cursed city to trace back the histories about his father lost in the dark alleys, and found the old sorcerer, the only survivor of the original Gutters band, but half dead by alcohol poisoning and amnesic.

The rest... is another tale to be told another day.

Now, if I could just find figures for them all... XDDD
