Description

31 days, 31 robots.
Decided to participate march of robots this year. The challenge was to make 31 robots by using adobe medium to really cut corners and get faster desings out. Average time spend per mech was 2-4 hours modeling with medium. Decimation with zbrush. Fast rendering in 3dsmax with corona procedural materials and some overpaiting in photoshop too. Some mechs were done quite hastly and some of the desings got littlebit out of hand and got some more care and attention.
Embedded youtube video shows a timelapse making of one of the robots, mostly focusing on medium sculpting with just standard brushes.
It was tons of fun but quite exthausting task to be honest.
Adobe Medium came here to stay as an integral part of my workflow.
