Rosie from Animal Crossing.

I can't use Photoshop anymore so I need a new way to go about digital art. I'm still figuring things out, but eventually something will work.
Oh yeah. I started this picture about a month or so ago. But only now did I finish it off. There's another just like it that I'll need to finish too.
