Description

As I grew up, my mom only knew how to make one type of cake: apple cake. Some may actually call it a pie, but it came in the shape and size of a regular cake, and we had it for all the anniversaries in the family. We never served it with caramel and ice-cream, but rather with whipped cream. However, I hope you have a taste of this delicious desert and think of happy celebrations. With a pinch of cinnamon it will certainly brighten your Christmas dinner table.
