Its Tony! ...Oh wait, none really now who he is, do you?

Tony is from Earthbound the game Ness (in smash bros) is from. He is best friends with Jeff Andonuts, one of the main characters in the game. Tony doesn't do much in the game, but he helps out a little bit later on. Unfortunately he's gay, luckily he doesn't show or do anything in the game that says he is.

I bet your all thinking he looks like your character, I based a bit of my persona off him, mostly the hat. His flat top hat looked cool to me so I got one too.
