Some of these, like 0400 and 0409, are probably as good as any fire photo I ever shot. So enjoy it kids.

The idea behind this part of the Blaze series was to provide fire interacting with what it was burning. To take fire on ash not just fire on black. All too often I see people manip in pure flame onto a subject without burning the contact point of that subject. This package should provide a faster and more realist stock to use on a flash point. It could also be a bridging element between texturing on a subject [like Ashen texturing] and more pure flames [from say Blaze 3]. I may have another Ashen package out in awhile, and I'm working on a Smoky package too, which will all help to put more tools in your hands for burning things.
