This one is a very nice and original, even tought is actually a revamp.
The hands are very well positioned, and if you ask me, the emote looks just like a paranoid. The shading is very improved from the original <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/p/p…" width="23" height="15" alt=":paranoid:" title="They're all out to get me..." />. Yet, it could be better. At the moment it looks a bit flat. But it is pretty, the colour of the body fits the colour of the outline really well.<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)" />

On a second path the eyes are moving a bit fast. And this fast motion is taking away alot from the "paranoid feeling" the piece gives. You shouldn't have chosen "do not dispose" instead of "restore to background"/"dispose". I personally recommend peopel to use "do not dispose" when they animate an emote on a background, because it makes the animation look smoother. Yet, it doesn't work here.
But if you really wanna keep it, you should totally change the timeline. If you choose "restore to background" you don't need to change it too dramatically. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/i/i…" width="19" height="19" alt="🦥" title="Slow" />
Again, grats on making an awesome revamp!<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="👏" title="Clap" />
