This is a Sketch Commission that I asked @TNTvale to make for me about Ralsei, and with permission, I made coloring and extra changes based on how I like to see Ralsei.
This is a 2nd version of my lastest upload! I added extra effects because I added the Cauldron from Castle Town which has a flame blue like effect.
