Description

just a quick painting, i was about to move on to another painting after the Freyr image. i realized the initial drawing of this was still sitting on my desk! so i sighed and did it, then i totally forgot what i was going to paint after i finished.

I have drawn the Celtiberian "large shield" (if you want to call it that rather than a scutum) before, but way too small.
