A long time ago, there was a Game & Watch device that had the capability to let the player play all Game & Watch related games. But only one was created due to other games being created such as the Gameboy, the device never saw the light and soon went missing(reasons unknown). Until Melee came out and introduced Mr. Game & Watch, at that point the device was installed onto a website that allowed old games to be played. Unfortunately the download was removed, reasons...those who downloaded it said it was corrupted, that the objectives of the games on the download had a similar connection...relating to murder and torture. Indeed some who played further into this game tended to go crazy from the goals that they completed...or worse. Strangely enough the gameplays were never the same, as if the figures had a new victim/goal every time, but those who survive the gameplay receive a message that always says the same thing...

So anyway Mister here is a corrupted Zalgo infested version of Mr. Game and Watch, and so I decided that the weapons that he can produce will be a murder version of the weapons Mr. GaW uses in Melee and Brawl and the recent Smash. Examples like the Frying Pan being a lighter and a perfume bottle or the bucket being a pistol, Mister's quickest weapon that he can produce is his very long fingers. I'll figure out what the other replacements would be when I try(draw) him out next time.
