This is a voice actor joke between Genshin Impact and Mobius Final Fantasy. Klee's JP VA (Mikasi Kuno) is the same as Mog. Zhongli's English VA (Keith Silverstein) is the same as Garland.
(I play Mobius FF and Genshin Impact in JP dub, but this fact is so hilarious to me 😆)

I imagine Klee is getting thrown by Zhongli because she wants to spoil the story like Mog 😂
