I really like the colors, the dress style(particularly that she is wearing sneakers instead of something like high heels(don't know why but I like the sneakers and dress look better than anything with high heels)), and the short haired pigtails. Very nice choice of colors, especially well paired with the background. Vibrant Pink and teal/turquoise have always been a favorite combo of mine.
