Nicely done. I like the contrasts you used between both characters. It compliments both character's appearance nicely. There's a nice sense of texture that goes along with it too. I have a lot of respect for traditional artists, braver folk than I!

Although you might want to consider potentially adding more battle damage if he's supposed to be undead. Or at least more bones or flesh hanging off. Not trying to be mean or anything, but he could be just a regular warrior under some kind of domination spell. Without the added context of the comment, there's no way to tell without reading the information below.
