Copied from the cover of Dectective comics issue 590 as originally illustrated by the terrific talent that is Norm Breyfogle.

This is the oldest work I've submitted here, the reason I remember this so clearly is becuse I finished it on New Years Eve 1999 making it my final piece of art from the 20th century.
