Background:

French, along with quite a few bird Pokémon, were adopted into the Rockin’ K from another ranch having a trimming sale—unfortunately this was during the time that Wilson and Maxwell were acquiring ‘mons for experimentation. French volunteered on the stipulation that they leave her daughter alone, which has resulted in her being a little extra birdy.
