This is the flag of the Germanic Union (dragnor1008.deviantart.com/art…) in my RGE timeline.
The Valknut is used to symbolise the three Germanic peoples:

Continental Germanics: Germany, Flanders, the Netherlands, the United Baltic Duchies and Volga

Island Germanics: England, the Farore Islands and Iceland

North Germanics: Denmark, Norway, Sweden
