I think Bugbite would teach Scratch to growl at every mech that approaches Echo.

Echo sees a picture of Axletron when he was little and can't help it but to giggle at how small he was. Too she discovers that Cliffjumper is his mother.

Scratch decides to take a nap on Axletron's arms, and Axle asks what's the world like outside the Elite Guard.

Echo explains, and also tells him about earth, Axletron facinated listens closely. Echo will show him some stuff from Earth. Oh Echo I think he won't be able to answer your question, because he hasn't been told yet.
