King Heartless Storm, the Ruler of the Earth, King of the Storm, and father of Negative and Seifer Storm, he's the ruthless, heartless, most evil devil Storm of the Negaverse, he rule the Earth with the iron fist and creating the powerful fortress known as Darkmount Storm. So now he trusted his sons to take whatever territory they shall conquer, by now he knows his son Nega Storm is intend to conquer his own world, by conquering the other world of good, he proud having the son as Nega to make him proud, while Seifer left Earth to conquer planets to planets while destroying those who stood in his way, King Heartless' power is known to all, the Chaos Hado power, power of the Dragon to crush all with such destruction powers and making them known him as Heartless the Conqueror, Heartless the Ruler.
