Alright Sit down, Get some Chips, dim down the lights because this review is going to be in depth~<3
Okay~! so first off, I wanna start with the color style, the colors are very appealing and really give off a cutesy vibe. The style in which the color is displayed really gives off what the original character had, and really seems to capture everything that Blooky was in undertale. The basic pixely font was also a nice touch and I personally love the little bouncy touch that's neat.
The computer screens flittering pixels also looks great! the gems sparkles are also a swell touch and emanate their animations at just the right time, it seems like the animations where sought after many hours of work to perfect them.
Oh and nice reference to papyrus~ with the spaghetti.
The background is basic just as is ought to be for this style, and the border also gives off what one would figure would be Blooky's OS, and which is actually indeed what I thought Blooky used for the longest time, (I'm glad I'm not the only one) the color gradient in the back ground is absolutely wonderful, the foreign writing is spot on as well and the little bordered squares in which appearing game are also a needed thing a undertale piece defiantly could not do with out, in fact Blooky's cute underside and design really leaves nothing else to be desired, and overall this looks professionally done~
but now its time for nitpicks~
now it was really hard to find one if any problems in here, so I had to dig really deep to see them,
first off the animation time in which Blooky blinks is really fast and surrounding animations could have been doubled to allow the blink time to occur, as Blooky was a much slower character, the words "spookwave" are surprisingly close the edge of the window and has plenty of room to reside in-between the column and the border, the animation on the screen is actually overly simplistic not that its a bad thing, but random pixel flashes would have been another good touch, the depth that the spaghetti plate gives off no explainable depth to anything else in the picture, in fact nothing matches in terms of 3d depth (not that it was supposed to) but the column is flat, the computer is actually on a wall, and the spaghetti is at a 3d angle.
but that's what I COULD find, in fact this was really well done and I really enjoyed everything from the XP border, to the swell movement of Blooky, it all just really fits, and last but not least the balance here is really swell not to many objects on either side, and each side balanced out in some form on the other, the color scheme was well though out and not to contrastive, and Blooky did not overbear he image at all, to allow other objects in the picture to exist.
Over all really great job~! something fantastic to marvel at <3
