Suggested by my sister, DrMistyTang! Here's Mako Mori from Pacific Rim. A surprisingly good movie- I doubt you could make a movie about giant robots better than this one.
Mako here is a Jaeger (giant robot) engineer as well as a... uh... pilot? I guess you call them pilots.
