Now here's an odd one. Some of you may be familiar with the fantastic wg fanfic writer Mollycoddles. Well it just so happens that she has a short story that, by pure coincidence, shares the same name as my character Sophie. Inspired, I copied the fic into a word file, changed a little bit of the descriptive text to match up with my Sophie (brown hair to red, and so on) and, you're gonna love this, used a find and replace to change the male protagonist's name from Dave to Owen (my name ).

The word balloon comes from the first line in the story:
'Sophie ran a hand over her plump thigh. "Tell me how fat I am, Dave/Owen." she asked.'
Sophie's mismatched outfit also comes from the story, as when it begins she is described as wearing 'a bikini top' and 'stretchy pink panties'.

On a side note, this is my first attempt at one of those goofy, circular beds from the 60's like you see in the Austin Powers movies.
