Just my little headcanon but I imagine after the Merrai thing (in the Akame ga kill zero) she developed a fear of butterflys not spider, Scorpion or centipede only butterflys, and when she see one I imagine she kill the little bug, the reason (spoilers) after Merrair transformation into a butterfly humanoid she doesn't want to be reminded of the women who ruin love for Akame

Ps. It cute that Akame is more a bit more shy around Tatsumi
