Personality:Valencio is a smart and quick thinker who is mostly calm he is also a guy who wants justice for the world when it’s in danger. He also got the power to control electricity Wiche he can zap things pick up objects and creating forstfields to protect him or sealing enemies.and even if he can’t run fast like Sapphie and Raven he still got the ability to fly wiche he can keep up sapphies and ravens speed.

And yes he was mostly inspired by silver the hedgehog
