Description

del was born with ridiculously oversized wings
as she grew they simply never grew with her
by the time she was even old/strong enough to learn to fly it was already too late pretty much
there was maybe only a year or so in her life where she was actually able to fly, and even then it was only for short distances and she couldn't get more than like 3ft off the ground
