Been a while since i made Pop'n Music fanart, so I thought I would draw Sanae-chan from Pop'n Music.
I drew her watching the sunset with the birds. I decided to make this illustration based on the Pop'n Music 4 song, birds by the BEMANI artist, Sana.
Sanae has been a longtime favorite of mine, and is one of my absolute favorites to this day.
Her Pop'n Music 4 song is definitely one of my favorites. I originally drew this for the Japanese Pop'n Music drawing challenge, where the theme was to make a drawing based on the song and/or genre (for this weekend's theme, songs and genres that starts with a). I picked Ambient (アンビエント), which is the genre for the song, ''Birds''. While I do want to focus on other stuff to draw, I will still be doing Pop'n Music artworks. I also missed doing Pop'n Music fanart, so I'm glad that i was able to do a Pop'n Music artwork today.
