This past year (2020) I really slacked off with my workouts, even during quarantine. As you can see I gained a little weight and my abs are no longer visible (shame on me). But I decided to get back into my workout routine once again to lose any unwanted fat. Also to build up some more muscle since I am still too thin.

For some additional motivation, I decided to post on my results online. But I won't post results all the time. Maybe just 2-3 times a year, but we'll see. I won't be 'Muscle Man' in a short time. This may take awhile, especially with my slow workout routine.

So March 1, 2021 is Day #1.
