But here's my Pyramid guy from Gravity Falls. Fan-made idea that he comes to life and all. I'll try and put together some GF art I have to post here.

This has to be without a shadow of a doubt be Bill Cipher, is it?
And if it isn't, is he chaotic/neutral good? or the EXACT alignment as Bill Cipher?
(by now this looks like a stupid question by now but still, that and I'm asking this question out of curiosity)
