Yup, Valerie! I didn't really like her all that much until Reign Storm...
I absolutely loved her when she become the one who finally said to Sam,
"If you like him, I mean like him-like him, make a move. 'Cause if you dont, somebody will."
I think it's actually kinda cool that she likes Fenton! Somebody has to, and show it!
Do you think she'll ever find out that Fenton is Phantom?
Ooh...the thought makes me shiver...
