He fought as a Hero but it wasn't enough, with his hope turned to despair he found the eye in the storm of his turmoil and unleashed the power hidden in his broken spirit.

Homage to this picture (You wanted a weapon.), considering that Thunder is literally a clone of Static it makes sense, I did want to make the title a referrence to it too but I feel that would have been too much on the nose.
