How DO people colour bases, exacrly? I'm thinking of making an OC using one.

While I will not be adopting this guy, I do like the colours. Also due to the colours, especially the unique (for RainWings) speckles, I feel the dragon is female, and a previous queen. Queen Wonderous, perhaps?
