One of my characters, Scithia. This is a variant of the "statue" I did here:

This is based on how she looked in the original The Reaper game I made in 2005. She had darker skin, black hair and cloth, red lipstick and nails, darker irises, a different hair style, a slightly different cape/scarf/sweater thing, no skirt, slightly different bone pieces, and a slightly different scythe. For some reason, I couldn't even keep the hair consistent between the sprite and the drawings.

I like her re-design more (obviously, that's why I've used it for so long), but it is fun going back to the old one for certain things as if it were like a special alternate costume in a video game or a special variant figure in this case.

I almost left the kneepads off because I wasn't confident I could make it look decent (and I didn't ) and I don't really like them anyway, but I included them for accuracy's sake. I can't just do something based on the old design and then leave stuff off of it.

That said, her skin here is a little darker than I had it back then. My colour choices weren't very good back then though. Looking at my old stuff, I think I sometimes chose colours for skin that were slightly too yellow-ish. Sometimes they looked borderline sick. This leans more towards brown-ish, and I feel it looks more normal.

If these were actual statues, they'd be made in equal amounts and sold at equal prices. I wouldn't want one to be rarer than the other and get driven up in price. People can pick what they want and not potentially have to pay extra for it. So it's not a "Chase" version, but just a variant.
