Yet another revision of character designs for a project I haven't touched in two years. And am officially retitling Leif & Thorn.
The plot has been knocked around a lot. Trying to go for more of a "lay out a basic premise, then do individual self-contained storylines within it" setup. No stakes of any epic quests hanging over their heads from the get-go. (At least, not obvious ones.)
You can see how my design choices go in cycles. For instance, Laurel looks a lot like the way I draw Dana from Welcome to Night Vale -- but that Dana design is itself a revision of this Laurel design from May 2013.
Olive, meanwhile, is my standard "someone, please, make a big-budget movie out of this and cast Olivia Munn" design.
