First, I have a question. Was the glitter effect and some of the coloring done in photo shop or something? The glitter looks like a bit too much. On the hair it looks great, but everywhere else seems to be over doing it, at least in my eyes. it even looks ok on her clothing.

I see some peculiar pencil marks above the wings and above the candle, they aren't too noticeable, but they do detract from the drawing.

Over all this is a very wonderful piece, The neutral tones and blue accents really make it stand out, not to mention, she is well drawn and well proportioned.
