Description

10/16/87: Another view of the beautiful red brick "Polk Building" destroyed by God-King Daley in his quest for mega-$ and to modernize the greatest city! I even owned Tripoley as a kid! Now we buy our shit from fucking China...(if we can even afford it!) Goodbye another Chicago landmark. I'd sooner they tore down Wrigley fucking field!

Almost looks like a castle! I love buildings like this. My city had its industrial district gutted as well. We used to have a big shipyard with cranes, old warehouses etc
