well, a page from my manga "The Soul"

i bring you Aya and Ken once again! hehehe... i actually forgot i draw something like this before so when i saw this page, i kinda felt good (tho its cheesy) so i hope you dont mind if i post it here *giggle*

Aya (to herself): This is killing me... i need to loosen up...

(she walks towards her school)

It's good that the rain had stopped. i wish i could also stop the rain in my heart... I wonder, when did i start caring for someone? It's been a week now but everything that had happened between me and Natsuki has never left me... Is it really how 'caring' feels? did i change only to feel this pain? why is everything so complicated?! it's awful... Please God, Help me get through this...

Ken: Oh! It's Aya! Hey There!

Aya: H-hello.... (stare) so, who are you?

Ken: (gasp) Meannie... It's me! It's Ken Watsugi! How can you forget!

Aya: What did i do? what did i do?! (apparently, Aya forgets people's name easily)

(ken had a comical cry)

Aya: Okay, okay... i'm sorry... c'mere now, Ken. (she tells it without really remembering the guy)

Ken: Coming!!! (he recovered so fast!)

Aya (to self): Who is this guy?!

Ken: You goin' to school, too?

Aya: Yeah...

Ken: I see...

(The two continue to walk their way to the school)

Ken: Okay now, spill it... what's wrong Aya? You're not your usual self... for a week now...

Aya (to self): This guy... he knows!!!

(ken grabbed Aya's arm)

Aya: Hey! let go Ken! you're hurting me!

Ken: Okay, in one condition! that you will tell me everything!

Aya (to self, with a blush): This guy.... how can he know so much about me?

(she looked intently at Ken's face)

Aya: Hey... just... who are you..?

Ken: I knew it! You've really, really forgotten!!!

Aya: here we go again...

Ken: i was the one you thought was Tetsuno Watsuki! but I am Ken! Ken Watsugi! Then after the accidental mistake, you started crushing on me!!!

Aya (looking puzzled): huh? are you kidding me? I'm crushing on you? i only like Fumiyo!!! Oh my goodness... Look at that gorgeous smile (at the time, Fumiyo had just passed by, about to meet Miyari at the campus gate)

Ken: He's smiling...

Aya: why? are you crushing on him too? i didn't kno --

Ken (hitting Aya on the head): Idiot!

Aya: Ouch! Ouch! that hurts!

Ken: anyway, Fumiyo and I have gone to the same school in junior high so i know him pretty well. back in those days, he's been popular so a lot envied him. i'm popular myself but i gotta say he's more appealing...

Aya: what vanity... (pouts)

Ken (ignoring Aya's comment): But despite his popularity, he never cared. he could only register two emotions: Apathy and Hatred. he never opened up to anybody... It may be because he grew up without a father... but he really couldn't get along and is always caught up with a fight. i tell yah, he's pretty good at it.

(Fumiyo and Miyari walked together in the campus)

Ken: Its Miyari and Fumiyo.

Aya: They look really good together... so, you know her?

Ken: Of course! Because she's a beauty!

Aya: I knew you'd turn out to be a perverted stalker...

Ken: Take that back!!! I am so not!!! Actually, i am a one woman man!!! In fact...

(long pause)

Aya: What?

(silence)

Aya: Hey... answer me...

(ken looked away. ignoring the conversation)

Ken: Come on, let's just go to class.

Aya: i get it... It's me , huh?

(Ken stopped, he was obviously perplexed at the sudden comment)

Ken: Aya... You knew?! How did you figure that out?

Aya: i know! You won't tell me anything about her because you dont trust me!

(Ken looked rather blank. Aya obviously missed the point)

Ken: Hahahahaha!!!

Aya: Idiot! Who told you to laugh?!

Ken: Aya, you know what..? (Ken started as he reached for Aya's face)

Aya: Huh?

Ken: You're so dense...
