Self Portrait

I have always been inspired by the Greek Myths, stories of ancient Goddesses, Heroes and Queens, adventures on mysterious islands and magical palaces.

I am currently reading a retelling of Medea and felt compelled to create a self portrait, influenced by Persephone the Goddess of spring and Queen of the underworld.
